Labtechniche Tissue embedding center DS 9903 is used for molding processed tissue samples to prepare tissue for microtome sectioning.
This device has a modular structure with a 5-liter tank for melting paraffin and two small tanks with a capacity of 1.8 liters or 132 tissue cassettes. It is also possible to place 60 blocks on the cold plate
The modular structure of this device makes it possible to place the cold plate on the right or left side, in the desired direction
The electrical heated forceps connected to this device have facilitated and high safety in removing the tissue and finally the proper quality of molding.

Paraffin tank: 40 to 75 ° C
Hot plate: 40 to 75 ° C
Cold plate: -15 to 0 ° C
Equipped with live time system and delay start setting as well as setting the device off at a specified time.
It is also possible to drop paraffin through the plate behind the valve or foot pedal.

Pathological tissue is embedded in the tissue embedding centre. It is also used to chill zoological and botanical tissues after they have been embedded. This machine uses a sophisticated control microcontroller and a novel PTC calorific material. It features temperature control capabilities positioned on 5 sections and several overheat prevention mechanisms.
